FUKUOKA TRAVEL IDEAS featuring Stefi & Ayu

Lots of travel ideas to enjoy Fukuoka!
Indonesian influencer based in Tokyo, Stefi and photographer Ayu visited Fukuoka to experience Fukuoka firsthand! Stefi was a member of the Jakarta based idol group until 2019, she is currently sharing contents of Japanese trends on social media! This time, we are going to show you their 3 fulfilling days in Fukuoka enjoying gourmet food and activities! We hope this gives you some Fukuoka travelling ideas!
Day1 (Kitakyushu Area)
On the first day, Stefi and Ayu went to Kitakyushu city located in the northern part of Fukuoka Prefecture. They visited the photogenic Mojiko Retro District and the center of the city, Kokura area. They enjoyed riding on the rickshaw, visited the Kokura castle with beautiful white walls, and tried the sizzling dumplings served in hot iron cast!

Day2 (Fukuoka and Yanagawa Area)
On Day 2, Stefi and Ayu enjoyed the city sightseeing tour riding on the FUKUOKA OPEN TOP BUS, then took a "restaurant train" to Yanagawa to experience local specialties while watching the gorgeous scenery from the train window! They also tried river cruising in Yanagawa, known as "City of Water"! What a fulfilling day!
Day3 (Kurume and Fukuoka Area)
On the last day, Stefi and Ayu arrived in Tanushimaru-machi (Kurume City) surrounded by nature. They begin their activity of the day by fig hunting and then headed to JR Tanushimaru Station, also known as the "Kappa Station". After finding some cute statues of "Kappa" around the station, they returned to Fukuoka City to try on kimono! Dressed in elegant kimono, Stefi and Ayu strolled around the park and ended the last day of their Fukuoka trip!
