Fukuoka City is working hard to promote the concept of "universal food." Embracing everybody's preferences and needs lies at the heart of this goal. The desire to cultivate an inclusive approach to food is in response to the number of tourists expected to make their way to Fukuoka this year. With the "World Aquatics Championships - Fukuoka 2023" scheduled to take place this July and inbound tourism set resume, the increase in people visiting the area is likely to dramatically increase. As part of this initiative, new menus that include vegan and vegetarian dishes have been developed at 25 restaurants within the city. We were lucky enough to participate in a tasting tour before these food establishments officially started serving them to the public. There are so many original and inventive meals to discover. You will absolutely love the the delicious and satisfying dishes on offer! The date that the eateries will begin incorporating the items into their menus varies.
