Lolita is a style that was originally exported from Japan, and be divided into subtrends. When I was first introduced to this fad in 2004, I immediately fell in love with it and to this day carry that same passion. I would like more people to see the charm and appeal alongside the cute and unique sense this line of fashion holds and want them to be swept off their feet by it.

Normally, I go out to tea with friends that are also interested in Lolita fashion during my spare time and we take many pictures together. The differences in our tastes become really apparent when we do and you can clearly see who is more of an Ama-Loli (princess-style Lolita) and who is a Deco-Loli (a Lolita sub-genre that focuses on the overuse of accessories). However, every once in a while I'll dress up with a classic Lolita look.

Angelic Pretty is my favorite brand because it has both sweet and fairy tale-like elements to it. You can also feel the skill with which the accessories were made. Which is why, from the moment I saw this brand, I knew I was trapped and knew a lot of my money would end up going toward it. (lol)

Today I'm wearing Angelic Pretty's Chess Chocolate dress. I really love this line and the brown coupled with the pastel green reminds me of mint chocolate. I've even added a few accessories of my own to it. Just by reading through and looking at it, you've probably been converted, too!
