Regarding the 2011 Tohoku earthquake and tsunami

We at asianbeat would like to offer our deepest sympathy to all affected by the Tohoku earthquake and tsunami disaster, and we pray for the souls for those who have perished.

During this painful time we have been contacted by many concerned people from both Japan and throughout Asia.
We deeply appreciate your concern.

To date Japan has faced many difficult hardships.
However we have been able to overcome each one.

Why have we been able to do this?

Because we have belief in ourselves.
Each and every Japanese citizen has faith in themselves.

We believe that sharing the values and sensibilities of Asian youth through pop culture will create a new foundation.

So we continue to strive to bring joy through exchange,
and will continue to manage this site as usual.

We believe that by doing this we will become a light of hope for Asia and Japan.

We hope that those in the disaster area will recover their normal lives as soon as possible.

We believe in Japan! We will never give in!
