A great selection of GUNDAM-themed arcade games have been installed inside "namco LaLaport FUKUOKA!"

GUNDAM PARK FUKUOKA has finally opened! This exciting new entertainment facility is located in the LaLaport FUKUOKA complex! GUNDAM PARK FUKUOKA is also home to the "namco LaLaport FUKUOKA" amusement area. There is a fun game inside called GUNDAM PARK FUKUOKA Exclusive Taiko no Tatsujin: The Drum Master! It's so cool to see the "Taiko no Tatsujin" characters wearing mobile suits or costumes of some characters from GUNDAM! You can even use GUNDAM's beam saber designed "bachi" drumstick!

This GUNDAM-themed "Taiko no Tatsujin" is so unique! There is no other version like it anywhere in the world. The sound effects that are played when you strike the drum might sound familiar!

There is also a section that is full of GUNDAM-themed arcade games. Visitors can play "Mobile Suit Gundam: Senjou no Kizuna II" here! The game has been getting a lot of attention all over Japan! Make sure to check it out!

Make sure to listen carefully to the in-store announcement system. You'll notice Furuya Toru, the voice artist who portrays the character of Amuro Ray, calling out famous lines from GUNDAM at set times throughout the day. You might even hear well-known phrases like "Amuro, launching!" Playing games at namco LaLaport FUKUOKA is so much fun! You'll definitely have a great time during your visit!

At some of the crane games (claw machines) you can win prizes that feature the image of the full-scale ν GUNDAM statue that stands outside LaLaport FUKUOKA. These packages are unique to LaLaport FUKUOKA!

The colors used to decorate the super cool interior were inspired by the first GUNDAM "RX-78-2." You'll notice that it has been used to decorate the ceiling and triangular hanging lights.

Keep an eye out for the crane games (claw machines) on either side of photo. The machines are decorated in the blue of GUNDAM and the red of SAZABI. These are the first machines of their kind to appear anywhere in Japan!

There is also a cool selection of gashapon (vending machines that dispense capsules with small toys inside) for visitors to check out!

The interior design has been inspired by the world of GUNDAM! Popular characters such as "Haro" and Gundam's Fin Funnel appear in the interior!
