49 Kitaya (喜多屋) "IWC trophy winner 2 years running, the beauty of world class sake"

Recommended Sake from the Brewery:
# 1
Daiginjyo Gokujo Kitaya
(大吟醸 極醸 喜多屋)
Awarded the Champion Sake prize at the 2013 International Wine Challenge (IWC) 2013. Using “Yamada Nishiki” rice which is harvested in Itoshima, Fukuoka and polished down to 35%, this is an absolute gem that is finished off using the "shizuku shibori" (drip filtration) process. It's elegant aroma and mellow, clear taste work in perfect harmony to leave an exquisite aftertaste in the mouth.
