59. Tamamizu Shuzo (玉水酒造): "Born in the mountains, the ideal dinner-time sake"

Recommended Sake from the Brewery:
# 1
Shinriki
(神力)
Made with an incredibly rare, almost mythical type of rice called Shinriki that was grown from the Taisho to Showa period, this unique junmaishu has a sharp quality. Prepared as a ginjo, up to 50% of the rice is polished in this valuable local sake. The umami flavor of the rice comes alive in this smooth, easy to drink alcoholic beverage. Highly recommended to men and women of all ages.

# 2
Tamamizu Josen
(玉水 上撰)
Something of a staple for locals, there is a way of drinking this sake warm out of a takedzutsu (bamboo tube) that is known as "kappo sake."
