Do you remember The fact that "Dragon ball" by Akira Toriyama of novel appeared on the screen as hollywood movie?

Hoped‐for the Japanese exhibition was March, 2009.(it had been only 2years.) To my disappointment,if my memory serves me right We remember only "Ayumi Hamasaki sang a theme song""Aya Hirano dubbed Bruma" don't we? Twentieth Century Fox Film paid a large sum over 100 billion for live action movie by Director Won(He is known to script/supervision of "TV program X-files".

The cast's name was almost same as the original but story was totally original!! I won't ask protagonist "Goku" to say his lines "I am Goku"(Hola Goku) but there must had something to incorporate fan of original... Therefore It is talked about money, they tried to be fully prepared for Japanese preceding opening, This film couldn't keep ranking in best 10 for 3 weeks.

Although it had been opened over 2,000 movie theater in US, The box‐office record was only 400 million yen.After all... about 96 billion was accumulative deficit!?

By the way theater edition of "One piece" got 400 million yen first opening day!
