Okagaki-machi [岡垣町]

This design features the coast at Sanri-Matsubara, which was selected as on of the “Hakusha Seishou Hyaku-sen (100 white sand beaches and green pine groves of Japan)” and is located inside the “Genkai Kokutei Koen.” The design depicts the famous pine forest, which is predominantly made up of “Kuro-matsu (Pinus Thunbergii)." These trees stretch across 1.3km and cover an area of 430 hectares. The words “Okagaki” and "Osui (sewage)" are also included and can also be seen at the bottom of the cover.
