Itoshima-shi [糸島市]

This cover features the symbol and tree of the former city Maebaru, as well as leaves from a maple, which was city's tree.

This design features the Meoto Iwa at Futamigaura, as well as the scenic and strangely shaped rock formations (Meishou Kigan) at Keya no Oto (which is formed from ajoining column-esque hexagonal and octagonal Basalt rocks), alongside the flower of the former town of Shima-machi, the "Crinum Asiaticum (also known as the "Giant Crinum Lily"). The words "Shima" and "Osui (sewage)" can also be seen in the design. (Sewage pipe manhole cover)

In this design the city emblem is enclosed inside curving rice straw.
