The Nagakawa's from the "Fukuoka Eco Nosanbutsu (Fukuoka Eco-Agricultural Produce)" produce paprika that was used in the dishes on the night. And you could really sense their affection for the spice during their talk.

Nakagaki from "Nouji Kumiai Hojin (農事組合法人)" and Horita from the "Hakata Wagyu Hanbai Sokushin Kyogikai (博多和牛販売促進協議会)" also took to the stage to talk about their work. They explained in a really accessible and easy to understand way about the the strict criteria that "Hakata Jidori" has to meet, as well the juicy, tasty quality of "Hakata Wagyu."
