This year, the RIVERWALK KITAKYUSHU's theme is "Hoshizora no Christmas (Starry Night Christmas)" and on the 1st floor in the "Energy Court" is the main tree that stands 15 meters tall and is decorated with about 40,000 LED ornamental balls. Other trees, such as the “Negai (Wish) Tree” which is adorned with ornaments that have people's wishes written on them or the "Star Dome" shine so bright they light up the entire interior of RIVERWALK.

In addition to this, in honor of the Christmas season, events such as 600 choir members' Gospel performance and the "Christmas Fashion Show" are scheduled to take place.
