ULTRA JAPAN was back for the third time. This year the event was held over 3 days and drew in an amazing 120,000 people. It's only the third time that it has been held in Japan, but it has already grown into a major leading festival. With a line-up that included the likes of DEADMAU5, DJ SNAKE, KYGO, HARDWELL, KNIFE PARTY, TIESTO and MARTIN GARRIX, the schedule was packed with the biggest stars around. And with the RESISTANCE Stage welcoming heroes from the underground scene, such as NICOLE MOUDABER, NIC FANCIULLI, TECHNASIA, DUBFIRE and ART DEPARTMENT, there was a huge array of talent for fans to take in! Making their first appearance at ULTRA JAPAN, veterans SHINICHI OSAWA and TAKKYU ISHINO were there to rep it for Japan. Featuring a selection of stellar artists and based at a venue close to the city center... There was certainly a great deal for everyone to enjoy. From festival enthusiasts to dance music lovers, the crowds spend three days dancing away, lost in music!

This was DEADMAU5's first time performing at ULTRA JAPAN!
