This refined sake is born out of the clear waters of the Kama river, which is the source of the Onga River.

The name of the brewery and their representative sake is taken from the 15th yokozuna (sumo's highest rank). With a strong heavy feeling, and known as a drink of Kyushu's it has rich, distinguishable characteristics. This sake is a great accompaniment with locally harvested foods and can be enjoyed with a meal.
