Ichomanpo Junmai-shu
"一鳥万宝純米酒"

This Junmai-shu is made with rice, which is organically farmed and pesticide-free. It is harvested using a process called the "Aigamo Method" (farming which relies on ducks to eat weeds and insects) in the Chikuho area.

This is a slightly sweet sake, which goes very nicely with duck meat.

Gokokuhojo Junmai Ginjo
"五穀豊穣純米吟醸"

Rich in flavor, this Junmai Ginjo-shu can be enjoyed with food, and is delicious whether served chilled or warm.
