This seasoned sake is the perfect accompaniment for mentaiko, which mentaiko artisans longed for. "Hiko no Uta" realizes this ideal.

(大吟醸辛子めんたい)

Using a generous portion of Daiginjyo, this "Daiginjyo mentai" is one of the top quality mentaiko that Fukutaro has to offer. Also "Menbei" is known to be one of the most popular souvenirs in Japan. Both work as great appetizer for sake.
