Increasing production since 1997, this cho-karakuchi or “very dry” junmai-shu is a popular choice amongst sake enthusiasts. The base ingredient is Yamada Nishiki rice sourced from Itoshima. It’s an easy-drinking sake with a refreshing after taste. Dry sake is best paired with Japanese cuisine. Keep it fresh and enjoy with a side of sashimi.
