A well-known sake that takes its name from all the elements in its creation, including “Shige” after the name of the current chief brewer, Shigeto Yasukochi. Every process involved in its production is carried out by the chief brewer, from growing the rice to shipment of the sake. An illusory sake: only 2000 bottles are produced each year.
