Beef is the only meat on the menu, and all grades come from one of seven selected Black Cow ranches in Kagoshima. Superior feed and healthy ranching result in more flavorful meats that taste delicious, even without seasoning. The Taigen Teishoku (set meal, ¥1,200) is the most popular order, and includes a generous portion of tender sliced beef, sausage, beef katsu (breaded and fried beef), vegetables, rice, miso soup, and salad.
