STORY
Set in the 16th century at the end of the “warring states” period, in the northeast of Japan, something has fallen from the sky into the mountains. Soon after in a snowy village, a giant demon-like creature appears and begins wreaking havoc in the village. A young girl named Kao who lives in the village has a fateful meeting with a white bear who can understand human words and she looks to the bear for help against the giant demon. Thus, the battle between the white bear and the giant demon begins.
