After seeing the ease and speed with which the instructor dealt with the clay, I foolishly thought that I would be able to get the hang of it without any difficulty. But once I actually tried it, I soon realized the level of skill and effort that is required. Even though my ceramic creations did not initially take shape, I still found the session fun and learnt a few tricks of the trade from Mr. Hayakawa.
