Standing inside Tenjin Chuo Park, "Kihinkan" is a Meiji Era Western-style building that was inspired by the aesthetics of the French Renaissance. On the first floor you will find the cafe restaurant "JACQUES MONOD." A stylish and relaxed interior that really utilizes the retro feeling of the building, this is a lovely location to enjoy French-inspired cuisine. It is also a wonderful party venue and played host to asianbeat's "Lolita Tea Party in Fukuoka 2016."
