Adding more fun to the Christmas season, annual cosplay event "Rakushow & MINCOS BLUELIGHT XMAS" has returned this year! We visited during the second day which was held on Sunday, December 23rd. Even though it drizzled continuously under the winter sky, many cosplayer gathered around the venue in TNC TV Building. It seems everyone enjoyed their photo session!
