The opening event of “Kitakyushu Pop Culture Festival 2015” was the “LoveLive! Nebuta” Light-up Ceremony held on the 28th (Saturday). A drum, flute and dance performance by the Yahata Nebuta Promotion Association was followed by greetings from the Mayor Kitahashi of Kitakyushu City, Chairman Toshima of the Kitakyushu Chamber of Commerce and Industry, as well as President Omura of Aruaru City.
