They’ll be performing for the first time together at Japan Pop Culture Carnival, but just what kind of performance do they want to put on?

Fukuda “One that makes all the fans go, “I’m so glad they did this collaboration.”

Hamasaki “You’re so sweet!”

Fukuda “I would like to see S/mileage take on a bit of darkness as well.”

Hamasaki “I would just like to put on a performance that introduces Urbangarde fans to the music of S/mileage and other artists who they probably haven’t heard before and hopefully broaden people’s minds.”

Fukuda “I just can’t live without Urbangarde. I have to listen to them everyday. They’re a part of my life now. Lately even my mom has started listening to them (lol).”

Hamasaki “I’m so glad to hear it. Make sure to give my regards to your mom, too (lol).”

The talk gradually expanded into the kind of collaboration they want to do at the Japan Pop Culture Carnival. Which side of Kanon Fukuda will she show us and what kind of chemical reaction will we witness when S/mileage and Yoko Hamasaki (Urbangarde) join forces? You’ll just have to wait and see!
To all those who have supported S/mileage since their debut, those who are more recent supporters, and those who have yet to see S/mileage live on stage: this is your chance to see the girls perform as S/mileage and then again in the collaboration project, S/mileage x Yoko Hamasaki (Urbangarde), and it’s going to be a performance you definitely won’t want to miss.
