This is a limited sake, produced by a brewery which strives for authenticity, all the way through the production process, and who embraces the spirit of sake making, paying close attention to even the finest details.

This Mugi(barley) Shochu is specially distilled and stored for a long period of time in sherry casks imported from Spain. It's finished off with a gorgeous amber color that adds to the delicious taste.
