Kusugiku Junmai Daiginjo

A truly local sake, in the sense that this is a collaboration between the brewery, JA (Japan Agricultural Cooperatives) and farming associations. The culmination of their efforts has been a masculine sake, which is the brewery's main product. Made using Yamada Nishiki rice, up to 45% of which has been polished, this absolute gem strikes the perfect balance of taste and aroma.

A soft, easy to drink sake that bears the name Umagadake, an area associated Kuroda Kanbei and Nagamasa.
