This work looks like its been taken from straight out of a movie. What is actually going on in this image? Is it one scene from a series of drawings? It is a magical piece that pulls in the viewer and leaves you asking what will happen next!

Kubonouchi: I find this work very atmospheric, but I think the character's face is not quite right. I do not think that this expression will have audiences asking "what is in this character's eye line?" It would be good if the character's face left a bit more of an impression. I would like it if the image really stimulated the viewer's imagination and had us wondering what the character is looking at in the distance.
