[Prizes!] "Dragon Quest Concert: Sugiyama Koichi and the Kyushu Symphony Orchestra" opens in Kurume City on Sunday 18 August!

Listen to a live concert with real presence and set off on an adventure!

"Panpa, pan-pan-pan-pan, panpapa--N" - that song that plays on the title screen of the popular game, "Dragon Quest." This BGM, "Prelude", which can be said to be a byword for "Dragon Quest," is heroic and showy, strengthening the feeling that at this very moment, a quest is about to begin. Starting with that prelude, the "Dragon Quest Concert: Sugiyama Koichi and the Kyushu Symphony Orchestra", wherein you can enjoy the world of "Dragon Quest" through music, will be held on Sunday 18 August at Ishibashi Bunka Hall (Ishibashi Cultural Center, Kurume City).
The sub-theme is "交響組曲 'ドラゴンクエストⅧ' - 空と海と大地と呪われし姫君 -" (lit.: Symphony Suite 'Dragon Quest Ⅷ' - The Sky, Sea, Land, and the Cursed Princess). Focusing on a work that is considered notable even within the "Dragon Quest" Series, the stage unfolds whilst interweaving talks with series' composer, Sugiyama Koichi. Revealing a performance by professional orchestra, the Kyushu Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Theater Orchestra Tokyo's 井田勝大 (Ida Katsuhiro). Listeners will be drawn into a world of adventure!
