The "OBATA TAKESHI EXHIBITION: NEVER COMPLETE" is being held at Kitakyushu Manga Museum until Sunday 6th December!

Absolutely superb! Introducing famous scenes and the making of the latest work!

Obata Takeshi is a manga artist who has teamed up with several original manga authors and created popular manga series such as "Hikaru No Go", "DEATH NOTE" and "Bakuman。". By devoting himself to the drawing, he has captured many readers' heart as they are fascinated by the beautiful and delicate visuals. The "OBATA TAKESHI EXHIBITION: NEVER COMPLETE" is going to give you an opportunity to look back on this talented artist's history. It will be held at Kitakyushu Manga Museum from 3 October (Saturday) to 6 December (Sunday), with about 500 selected original drawings and rough sketches on display - ZONE 1 "Manga": manuscripts of famous scenes and scenes with impressive drawing skills; ZONE 2 "Illustration": cover pages and color drawings; ZONE 3 "Never Complete": the making of the latest manga series, "Platinum End".
