25. Mii no Kotobuki (みいの寿) "Just give it a try. You'll want another. The spirit of taking responsibility for the new era of Japanese sake!"

Recommended Sake from the Brewery:
# 1
Junmai Ginjo Mii no Kotobuki Hougin
(純米吟醸 三井の寿 芳吟)
The recommended sake of the ginjo brewery, which produces in excess of 90% premium sake (specially designated), the majority of which are junmai sake.
As might be expected from Mii no Kotobuki, this sake perfectly balances a soft gentle quality with an umami taste. Taking your time with this drink will increase and enrich the flavor.

# 2
Shinjobiden Ookarakuchi
(辛醸美田 大辛口)
Highly characteristic of "yamahai zukuri" (a method of brewing Japanese sake), this is a dry sake with a deep, rich flavor and very sharp aftertaste.
