The manga museum award went to 徳田栄基 (Hideki Tokuda) from Kanagawa Prefecture for a work called "Chameleon."

Tokuda was chosen as the winner of the Manga Museum Award. He spoke about how long it took for his work be seen, stating "I drew this piece around five years ago, but didn't have a platform for it. I just applied to be a part this competition, so I am really surprised to win this award."
