[MON and STAY’s "full-on" Fukuoka Trip] Miyajidake Shrine (宮地嶽神社)(8/9)
The journey is nearly complete! The seventh shrine to tick off is the "Sui Jinja (水神社)." With a constant source of water flowing, the shrine is supposed to provide worshippers with benefits that include a good catch, an abundant harvest, sound health and a long life. The final shrine on the walk is the "Yakushi Jinja (薬師神社)," which is said to help people recover from illness.

"Sui Jinja's" chozuya is decorated with a spectacular dragon.

We did it! Here is MON & STAY looking extremely satisfied after visiting all eight shrines!

"After hearing explanations about each shrine, by the time we'd finished visiting all eight, I had learnt a lot. And I was made to think about some things that I usually take for granted!
