The "mi-okuri" (sending-off side) of the kazariyamakasa in Kamikawabata-dori tells the story of "Honchô Nijûshikô," a historical tale, which features figures such as Takeda Shingen and Uesugi Kagekatsu. Once Hakata Gion Yamakasa finishes, this will be the float that goes on display in the "Kawabata Zenzai Hiroba."
