The title of the "omote" (front side) of the kazariyamakasa at Kushida Shrine was "Kyoto Gojyouhasi no Ue." The float recreates the story of how the young boy Ushiwakamaru defeated the strong and powerful Benkei on top of a bridge, and made him become his vassal.
