Kazari yamakasa (飾り山笠 )(7/20)
The theme of the "mi-okuri" (sending-off side) of the kazariyamakasa in Kushida Shrine was "Kojiki Inabano Shirousagi." The design of the float depicts aspects of the Kojiki version of the "Inaba no Shirousagi (The Hare of Inaba)" myth, which tells the story of a God who helps a rabbit that has its fur ripped away by an angered shark who he had tried to deceive.
