Covered by a black tent, the RESISTANCE stage saw a fantastic range of deep house and techno acts take to the stage!

Taking place under a jet-black tent (a similar setting to last year), the RESISTANCE stage featured a line-up of leading underground house and techno artists in the industry. There was performances from the likes of ALYN, SEKITOVA, and the techno legend KEN ISHII. DJ/producer CARL COX also made a much anticipated appearance as one of the headlining acts! There was a number of dance music enthusiasts in the crowd who had made their way from Fukuoka in order to enjoy the artists performing on the RESISTANCE stage! The last act to perform, CARL COX's long, dynamic set was well-considered and perfectly suited to the audience. Looking around at the sight of long-term fans mixing with young aficionados, who were totally absorbed in the tunes as they danced around without a care in the world, there is no doubt that the Japanese dance music scene is in good hands, and has a bright future! This year's awesome line-up ensured that the RESISTANCE tent was packed from early in the day. It seems that RESISTANCE was successfully positioned as the next step for those who had really got into dance music at the MAIN STAGE.
