The panna cotta was made from "Ito Monogatari," a type of yoghurt that is very popular amongst people in the know, while the jelly was made from AMAOU strawberries. The sweet fragrance of the fantastic deserts filled the entire venue!

The jelly in the foreground was made from grapes grown in Fukuoka and the mini tarts towards the back of the photograph were made from "TOYOMITSU-HIME" figs.
