Totally immersed in the world of Chinese lolita fashion during the New Year period!
Happy New Year! This is my first article of the year! We have now entered 2020... The year that Tokyo will host the Olympics and Paralympics! The number of international tourists visiting Japan is likely to reach an all time high. It is going to be a great opportunity to showcase lolita fashion to lots of people! I will work even harder to promote lolita fashion and support cultural diplomacy!

Oh, by the way... I spent the New Year in China. This is the second time that I have been in China during the New Year time. Kohaku (an annual New Year's Eve television show in Japan) is not shown over there, so I didn't get to watch it! The Chinese New Year fell on January 25th this time round. Lots of events were scheduled to take place in China during January too, so I decided to go on a tour and visit a few cities. I was in China for one week. During my trip, I visited Nanchang, Wenzhou, and Shanghai. It is now possible to travel anywhere by yourself! I can travel all the high-speed trains myself as well! There are lots of lolita fashion enthusiasts everywhere! I was so happy that so many people came out to meet me. I want to keep studying Chinese... Even if its just a little bit!

In Nanchang and Wenzhou, there was a Lolita fashion corner in the event venue for anime, manga and games, where we held autograph sessions and talk shows. I had a day off in Shanghai, so I decided to take some personal time and stay at the Toy Story Hotel by myself. I went to Shanghai Disneyland the next day to recharge my batteries. I wanted to have a luxurious New Year's holiday, so I decoded to treat myself! There were lots of lolita fashion fans in Disneyland. Thank you so much to everyone who called out and said hello! I also attended an event that was organised by "axes femme," a Japanese brand that has three stores in Shanghai!

I have been collaborating with the store to create clothes. They offer lots of reasonably priced, easy-to-wear lolita outfits, which are great for people who are new to this world. At the event, I took part in a talk, participated in a photoshoot, and appeared on a live Weibo stream. Not so many Japanese companies operate stores in Shanghai. It would be awesome if I could help raise interest and awareness in these brands! Lolita fashion is definitely experiencing a boom in China. That is why I want to see more Japanese stores open! I'm so happy to be involved with lolita fashion-related work in China from the start of the year! I am looking forward to continue promoting lolita fashion! My commitment to the world of lolita will not waver in 2020! Thank you again for all your support! Please continue to get behind me!
