For this work, judymary97 was in charge of drawing, while her husband was responsible for the story. When accepting the award he said "Thank you to everyone who has read and enjoyed the work, I will continue to trying to more interesting work from now on." After the event, we received a couple of comments from judymary97 who couldn't make it to Japan.

ab: How are you feeling about winning the award?
I did not expect to be able to win, so receiving this award is beyond my expectations. I'm so happy! There are few bits and pieces I am not completely satisfied with, but I had a lot of fun drawing this manga. I hope to continue creating good work that lots of people will be able to see.

ab: In terms of work, what are your prospects for the future?
I like drawing animals, "shoujo manga," science fiction and cute girls. There are lots of things I want to draw, but first of all I would like to create another piece featuring a cat.
