#12 Fukuoka Music Month 2020 ended successfully! (Part 1)(2/3)

Gaining momentum with crowdfunding in collaboration with designers!
Thanks to the cooperation with the festival teams, Music Month was able to promote Fukuoka as a music city, both domestically and internationally. Since it is likely to share our music to more people as a team rather than individually by live houses, we came up a plan of launching a portal site for "Music Action Fukuoka", which will be the main platform to share every related information. In spite of the progress, I still felt that something was not enough. I thought that it was necessary to have an icon that could integrate and represent our passion and motivation.
The "icon" was actually the theme song for "Music Action Fukuoka" ― the charity song "Beat goes on". As we were already struggling with sponsorship problems in the pandemic, we first launched crowdfunding to keep the music events going on, then worked with graphic designers who agreed with our purpose on gifts designing: T-shirts and eco-bags. As a result, NONCHELEEE, Pantovisco, masuda miku, Seto Hiroaki, WOK22, Tanaka Misaki ― these 6 up-and-coming graphic designers who are active nationwide representing Fukuoka, did a great job on creating items with a high affinity with music. Their design became very popular and has contributed a lot to the donation.
