An event was held to turn on the "Hikari no Machi HAKATA" illuminations! The gorgeous Christmas lights have helped transform the plaza in front of Hakata Station into a magical Winter wonderland! Yamazaki Masayoshi made a special guest appearance at the fun-filled ceremony! He performed an awesome three song set, which included the hugely popular track "One more time, One more chance!" The "Hikari no Machi HAKATA" illuminations have become a Fukuoka Winter tradition. Stunning decorative lights fill the area in front of Hakata Station during this time of year. A re-modelled tree has been installed in this year's display. Walking through this sparkling world of lights makes you feel like you've entered a theme park! The illumination attraction is one of the biggest of its kind in Fukuoka!
